Henry Tiberi is a Transaction Advisor for early education business sales, mergers and acquisitions at HINGE.

Henry began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young. He then went on to roles in corporate real estate and business development—including ten years in senior management leading corporate business acquisition programs where he was responsible for valuing businesses, negotiating terms and closing deals. Henry’s corporate experience includes work with ARAMARK Education (Children’s World and KinderCare), Alta Colleges and Mosaica Education.

With Henry’s extensive experience in real estate and business acquisitions, sales and development, he has a unique understanding of the processes and integration tactics that make every transaction a success.
